pure high-achievers, ultimately competing only with themselves, consumed by the “challenge of the hunt” more than the conquest or the “win.” Ordinarily forced to mask their real personalities and instincts in order to fit in, they crave authenticity and an environment where they can “just be” [themselves] and flourish without judgment or typical politics and game-playing.
